Really great visit to the salon yesterday. There’s always a warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and great vibe with the music. Alix as always superbly looked after me with refreshments and took great care over my hair and ensuring the choice of colour was right for me and only on the right amount of time. Lovely smelling treatments and a great blow dry afterwards. I’m super delighted with my hair and looking forward to going back.

My waxing treatment was really good! The whole place is very clean and calming. Best place I’ve been to for a wax for sure, especially after the lockdown I needed a good treatment! The lady who did it was very sweet she was gentle and made sure all hair was gone!

Jodie did a fantastic job on my hair! So pleased with the cut, treatment that was recommended & the bouncy blowdry finish! I absolutely love getting my hair done here, however, this time I was a little nervous as I was having balayage colour treatment for the first time with a haircut. I have to say Brooke did an amazing job and my hair looks absolutely fabulous!! A beautiful salon with incredible service and really great personalities. What a treat!! Such a relaxing experience as always, I love visiting Joe for my hair cut and colour. He knows exactly how to get the best out of my hair, I’m so happy with it. Love that the massage chairs are back too, drifting away to the relaxing music whilst my hair conditioning treatment worked it’s magic was gorgeous, especially as it was so peaceful in the salon. Lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon, thank you Joe.

it was my first time visiting The Guild Rooms for a treatment for myself. I booked in for a bouncy blow dry with Neesey, and I will definitely book again! I asked for it to be pin curled as my hair doesn’t hold very well, Neesey made sure all pins were secure and the end result was beautiful! Neesey was also so fun to talk too, I think I laughed through the whole appointment! Great fun, great curls… all in all a happy customer.

Grace is a brilliant hairstylist and a total wizard with colour! Great company too – I always enjoy our chats and love the end results.

Friendly.staff and environment.. Nails on point, however not a fan of the tall chairs - not very comfortable to sit on while having treatment Pura was wonderful as well.
