Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Hannah is fantastic. Not only at what she does but as a person ❤️ From the moment we met, she talked straight with me about the condition of my hair and the realistic expectations on its repair. After a lengthy consultation, we agreed on a style to give my hair its best chance of survival and Hannah advised me on some tape in extensions, so I coloured my hair and matched up some extensions and put them in myself, then went back to Hannah to have them trimmed to correct length. I’m on a hair repair journey but I’m so glad I found Hannah who has put me on the right path x

First class salon, my chosen style is very short and in the past I have found it difficult to find a salon with a stylist who can cut my hair without making me look too butch. Arran is a very talented young man who I can highly recommend. The salon is flooded with natural light along with the added bonus of air conditioning.
