It was my first time to No4 hair salon today and it didnt disappoint . My hairdresser was Michele and she really listened to what I wanted and put so much care and attention to it. She was so Authentic thats what i loved. I walked in quite stressed with personal matters but walked out relaxed. All the staff seemed lovely I will definitely come back and I will recommend the salon to my friends.

I want to say a huge thank you to Emily and Kerys, who went above and beyond during my last appointment. I was told at the last minute that I’d need to join a work call during my visit, and these two lovely ladies made sure everything ran smoothly. They timed the application of my hair dye perfectly so I could step away for the call, and even arranged a quiet space for me to take it. They could see I was feeling nervous, and they did everything they could to help me feel calm and comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism truly made all the difference—thank you both so much!

After a few negative experiences at other salons over the last year, I was a bit apprehensive before my appointment. However, I am so glad that I trusted no4 and Kerys with my hair as I am completely in love with it! Kerys worked me with to establish exactly what I was after, she asked questions and made sure I was at complete ease. The salon is the most relaxing and comfortable salon I’ve ever been to, right from the moment you step through the door. You are completely looked after and I would recommend No4 to anyone.
