I had such an amazing experience getting my hair extensions fitted after an incredible consultation. From start to finish, Liv was absolutely brilliant. Colour matching was spot on – I genuinely couldn’t believe how perfectly it blended! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the appointment, which made such a difference. I also really appreciated the advice she gave me, especially around after-care, so I feel confident keeping my extensions looking their best. This was my first visit and definitely not the last. Ineida was friendly and was a fountain of knowledge when discussing how best to care for my hair. I stepped away with soft and silky hair with a fabulous bob cut to finish.

I had my hair coloured and cut by Macy at The Hair Lounge today and I honestly couldn't be happier! 🥰 From the moment I arrived, Macy made me feel so comfortable and welcome. customer service was amazing, the atmosphere was so friendly and relaxed, and nothing was too much trouble throughout my appointment. The results are absolutely incredible! Macy completely transformed my hair and, more importantly, gave me my confidence back.
