I had such an amazing experience at Zaira Rose! I came in for half head highlights but because my hair was in terrible condition, Nisa did colour correction as well, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and explained every step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease. The colour correction was done carefully—my hair went from uneven and brassy to beautifully blended. The highlights are absolutely perfect. The whole atmosphere of the salon was welcoming and relaxing, and the team was incredibly friendly and attentive.

It was good but not great because: professional masseur doesn't touch a patient with cold hands, and doesn't use a lot of oil, in my case it was tooo much. In general, i've got a very stiff back and neck, so this points were addressed mainly. Use of hot stones was nice as well...
