I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

Another Incredible sculpted facial with Charlotte. It really is like nothing else you will get anywhere else. Relaxing yet powerful massage that finds every muscle in your face and Charlotte is amazing at releasing all the tension in each tiny one. I really enjoyed my ear candle session with Sarah today. Sarah was welcoming and explained what she was going to do. Whilst the candle was burning she did a gentle lymphatic drainage massage around the ear, neck and head. After, Sarah gave a lovely face massage before leaving me to relax! The treatment room was clean, warm and totally relaxing. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

A relaxing facial that involves many layers of steaming, creams and potions. All smell heavenly and nothing sets off any sensitivities on my skin. The couch/bed is beautifully warmed to lie on and I am swathed in fluffy towels and blankets. My skin feels moisturised and plumped when I leave and this remains with me all week. I am also very relaxed indeed as a mini shoulder, arm and head massage is in with the package too. Do I have less wrinkles? Probably, but I'm too short sighted to see and too old to worry. My face feels great. Sarah is professional, knowledgeable and welcoming.

Thought I would try something different so I had an Indian Head Massage. It was absolutely wonderful, completely relaxing and just so nice. So much so I have booked another one. I highly recommend that you give it go, it's lovely 😁

This was my first ever Indian head massage so not too sure what to expect but it was definitely worth the money. I’m pretty sure I fell asleep for a little bit and it honestly felt like I slept seven hours! 10/10 would recommend!

This wasnt 'just a facial'. There was a head and shoulder massage plus a hand and arm massage and condition (the warm gloves are lush to wear, while the lotions sink in.) I am in awe at how many products are used. They all smell divine. AND, I didnt walk out looking all red and 'scrubbed'. I was able to go shopping in town afterwards. Thank you Sarah xx
