It is always so lovely to have some time to chill and relax having my nails done with Emma.

Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Karen has healing hands and a lovely set up to increase the relaxation. I will recommend to friends and family!

I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

The treatment provided by Leyon was amazing. The tension he released from my shoulders & neck was crazy - what a difference. He then helped with my groin making sure I left the room in a much better state than I arrived.! This was more like much needed physio than a massage but just what I needed for my physical wellbeing. Amazing treatments today! Booked at very short notice, having never been to Cassie before. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, cosy set up and a knowledgeable therapist! I had the hot stone massage and Indian head - they were both fabulous. The hot stone back massage actually focused on solving my knots and aches rather than a pleasant tickle of a massage and the head massage was so relaxing I almost dropped off twice! A very lucky find, I will be back for sure ♡

Today was my first Indian Head Massage and it was dreamy! Anna made me feel relaxed with a foot soak whilst she talked through the treatment and what to expect.
