My 30min lymphatic drainage massage with Minori was super relaxing; she has a gentle touch like soft clouds and she accomplished all the areas I asked her to focus on within the 30mins which can feel like not enough time if you’re used to doing it for an hour. I enjoyed my session as usual at Zen Massages in St Leonards :)

Sujika was fabulous and very thorough with a lovely energy. She walked me through the treatment and explained the product that would be used to treat my hair prior to checking my scalp. The experience was bliss - Sujika ensured that each part of the treatment was balanced and even, with no more time spent in one section than another. Perfect massage pressure, gentle throughout when needed, and a really good drying technique. I left feeling so relaxed and zen. 10/10.

I last came to Tokyo Head Spa when it was located in Salon Lane and I did not have a good experience. However, I received a gift voucher for the new location and it was amazing. The chair becomes a bed so you are lying almost completely flat. The whole experience was amazing - firm pressure in the massage and Kloe was excellent. Highly reccommend giving their new location a try.

We had a free facial and scalp consultation at One Skin Lab Chatswood and it was such a great experience. My experience at Tokyo Head Spa St Leonards was amazing. It exceeded my expectations. Priscilla Sacco provided excellent service, with a very high standard of professionalism, and she catered to my personal needs perfectly. I felt so relaxed, my hair smells amazing and its shiny and soft. I have recommended Tokyo Head Spa to my friend's and family and I have made another appointment for the coming weeks. Got remedial and back massage from Cathy and it was really helpful for my stiff neck and shoulders. She asked me various questions to understand the issues and tailored the massage accordingly. She used her knowledge of the muscles anatomy to help release them, even the deeper muscles. Hands down one of the best remedial massages I have had in Sydney! I feel more mobile after the massage. I would recommend trying her remedial massage.

Overall good experience for scalp spa pro. However it would have been better if staff explained throughout the process on what they were doing in each step as we didn't know what to expect (especially for the scalp mask, it gave a hot sensation and I wasn't sure if that was normal until I asked). Oil massage for chest, back and neck was okay, head massage was good.

Had a lovely experience with Cathy today. We did a fabulous microdermabrasion facial followed by her new head scalp spa treatment which was not only relaxing but very interesting. It was very cool to see the condition of my scalp before and after the treatment. Highly recommend!

Livia was very friendly and warm, also a skilled therapist! She knew a lot of information during scalp consult. Her massage and shampooing techniques were very good and satisfying to receive. I felt really relaxed and sleepy afterwards, and my hair feels super clean and soft. The facilities, amenities and space are clean, high quality and gorgeous.
