I love visiting this salon, such a lovely friendly atmosphere and pampering experience. You get a great service from all the ladies who offer a great service without the pressure of up selling. You get an honest appraisal at any consultation and your expectations are managed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. New treatments are always thoroughly researched. Rebecca is a perfectionist, her knowledge is vast, she would not perform a treatment, or allow one to be performed in her salon that she wasn’t confident about. I have recommended to friends and family who are now all regulars at the salon.

Visited Zoe Louise Hair and beauty today and wow couldn't recommend them more! Firstly managed to fit me in at short notice, secondly had a consultation with Sarah who can I just add is absolutely lovely put me at ease immediately discussed my options and thirdly worked her magic and I left absolutely transformed!! Fantastic experience and the treatments they offer are amazing 👏 highly recommend!!

Had a consultation with Lisa she listened to everything I wanted to achieve and explained throughly what would be best regarding colours and what the products could acheive on my hair. My appointment today i was so pleased with the outcome as a lady going grey Lisa really did an excellent job blending everything and again fully explained every process ☺️ On top of that such a lovely woman can't wait for my next appointment. My first ever time having any form of treatment, absolutely amazing, so insightful, and not only did I learn so much about skin care I left Alex’s clinic glowing and 100% relaxed. True professional and would recommend highly recommended to anyone. This was my second consultation with Nurse Brogan in the last eighteen months. The clinic is easily accessible in the town centre of Ossett which is great for parking. Nurse Brogan is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about her work in aesthetic treatments. The information and advice I was given helped me to make an informed decision about what treatment was best for my personal needs. She is very supportive and transparent about all aspects of treatment and expectations. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone considering having aesthetic treatments.

I have been having various treatments with leanne now for the last few months. Having booked a consultation to express my concerns i was experiencing she drafted up a plan for me on the treatments i needed and priced it all up which i found not so overwhelming price wise, im on my 2nd treatment and WoW already see the difference. She is down to earth and so friendly...no judging from her at all, i cant wait to finish my plan to see the end result 😊, friends also wanting to book in with leanne. So glad i found her...thankyou so much you are truly amazing xx

Just been for a skin consultation with Natalie and I couldn’t have wished for anything more. Natalie is polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to have my treatment! 💉

I have had the pleasure of knowing Brogan since she first became a client of mine 6 years ago. I knew then, she had the potential and encouraged her to expand her career into the aesthetics world. She has not disappointed me with her in-depth knowledge and personal touch. It’s taken literally years to find someone to treat me as an individual and offer a bespoke consultation. I finally have the results from Botox I have been looking for thanks to Nurse Brogan.

Only walked into the salon for the first time yesterday for a consultation and went back today for eyebrow tinting and shaping and am extremely pleased with procedure and homely feel and nature of staff as well as professionalism. Great find and more procedures booked. Thankyou for making me feel at ease as only ever been to a salon for nails before and that lacked the personal feel.
