I’ve had an amazing experience! It was so nice to feel relaxed and to be chatting and laughing the whole appointment! From my consultation to the end result I was made to feel so comfortable, nothing was rushed and I was in really good hands! Claire really knows her stuff, giving me great advice and tips, as well as knowing what will work best for me! I absolutely love my hair and it’s come out better than I could have ever imagined! Amie is amazing - right from my first contact she made me feel comfortable and welcome. When I first visited the clinic I felt like a friend being welcomed for a catch up. Amie answered all my questions and helped me to understand the differences in the treatments I was interested in. My treatment with Amie was perfect, she’s friendly, warm and welcoming. 100% recommend laser hair removal with Cassie! I've had such a brilliant reduction so far after just 4 sessions. It's pretty much painless, a very occasional heat sensation but nothing that actually hurts. Cassie is so good at cooling the skin down first it's very comfortable. The aftercare is very simple and I'm so happy I don't need to shave anywhere near as much as I used to! Thank you Cassie ❤️
