Amazing, Sarah really knows her stuff! I suffer from acne, PCOS, big pores, rosacea so she has been treating me with a skin care plan and micro needling. One session in and I already see a difference!

I found the place very hard to find as it was tucked away on a retail park. I think the salon could put customers off but the therapists were lovely and friendly. Unfortunately, the treatment didn't suit my aging skin and I noticed more fine lines visible below cheeks especially on the left side where I had none before. I understand there was a longer lasting treatment but at £250 a session, and needing 4, out of my price range.

Sarah is so lovely and welcoming. The environment is very cosy and relaxing. Sarah is very chatty yet professional and puts 100% effort into her treatments. She is very passionate about what she does. Sarah has left my skin feeling amazing and boosted my confidence after only 3 visits! Sarah is so lovely I have had an amazing experience every time I go! Not only are the facials amazing but Sarah has so much knowledge around the science side of things too! I really struggle on and off with my acne and not only do the facials help but I have implemented a few lifestyle tips given to me and have had a huge improvement on my skin I have only been 3 times but will continue coming back! Value for money, friendly service and facials that actually do work!!

Fantastic Dermaplaning Experience! I had dermaplaning yesterday at Beauty Sculpting Room Poole with Elishia, and my skin has never felt smoother or looked brighter! I’ve recently had the vitaran skin booster and the results are amazing after just 2 days. My skin feels more plump and youthful, it’s really helped with the redness of my cheeks and fine lines have almost gone. This treatment is definitely a new favourite of mine from Sarah . Highly recommend!!

Fantastic visit to Serene again today . Best Botox I have ever had and been having Botox for over 15 years . Will never go anywhere else now as the results are fantastic . I also go to Sarah for my lip filler and all skin care . My skin has never been better . I trust Sarah with all my treatments from beauty to aesthetics. I had the face sculpting massage today, and it was absolute bliss. I'm not great at switching my mind off, but Sarah's calming presence and skilled hands, combined with the tranquillity of the salon and the warm bed, meant I completely zoned out. My skin felt smooth, plump, and hydrated. 100% recommend, and I will definitely have this treatment again.

I had a very relaxing RF face & neck tightening facial with Elishia. This was my first time to the Sculpting Room, I was made to feel very welcome. Elishia made me feel very at ease and answered any questions I had. She explained what to expect and what was happening throughout, or with the option to just relax and enjoy if I wanted to. My skin feels amazing and Elishia recommended ongoing products and skincare. My appointment was only today so it’ll take a while to see the results, however I was so happy that I have booked for another session in a month to give me greater results.

Oh my goodness! I’ve been seeing Sarah weekly for 5 weeks for facials, the difference to my skin is incredible! On top of that I feel like I’m having a weekly catch up with a dear friend, definitely a kindred spirit.

Had the Derma2 Bio peel at Serene. No redness or irritation afterwards, and my skin feels so smooth now. Sarah gave me a lovely hand massage whilst I relaxed under the LED light. Will definitely have another one.

I tried Sarah’s new Hydro facial today. It was lovely and relaxing. The facial has brightened my complexion and made my skin so soft and clean. Would 100% recommend
