Lovely and relaxing, skin feels beautiful, the smell of the products relaxes you also. Downside, the appointment says 1hr, actual facial was approximately 30 mins, was in the door and out again within 45 minutes. Would suggest if appointments aren’t the length of advertised this is explained.

Jorgia did a wonderful dermaplanning facial on me. It was amazing, from the moment I came in she made me feel relaxed and welcome. She made sure she talked me through what she was going to do and what products she was going to use. We talked about my skin and my problem areas. The facial was relaxing and my skin looks and feels amazing. I have now got such a wonderful glow and I have already booked another facial in with Jorgia. I can not recommend this enough. 5 stars!!!*****

As always Meicha gives fabulous advice on which treatments will suit my skin the best. Very happy with today's appointment after we changed the booked treatment to something more beneficial to me. I would highly recommend Meichas experience and wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatments.

I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

I am so happy with the results Georgia has done on my lips, she was constantly asking if I’m happy with what she had done so far and explaining everything to me . So friendly and welcoming and makes you feel at ease. It was my first visit with her and now I know where to go if I ever need anything else! New salon is looking amazing so far too! Had microneedling today and had the advanced one! Meicha is very experienced and the treatment itself was so relaxing. Highly recommend anyone who is new to microneedling to try meicha as she talks through all the steps and puts you at ease! Can’t wait to see my skin glow in a few weeks
