I treated my Daughter to a relaxing facial, Megan was very attentive she made sure my Daughter was comfortable and explained everything she was going to be doing. My Daughter had never had a facial before she loved it Megan made her feel so relaxed, she was very knowledgeable and explained each part of the treatment. She came out smiling and her skin looked and felt amazing afterwards. I would definitely recommend Megan.

The Venue Westbourne is my go to salon for my manicures. Not only is the location and environment beautiful, but the customer service is really good! Isha was amazing! She always made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails were looking - I've already booked for my follow-up appointment and counting down the sleeps! Booked in with Sarah for a Polynucleotides skin booster . This is the best skin treatment with amazing results, great for skin and Rosacea . My skin looks and feels great and I always get so many compliments when settled a couple of days later .. highly recommended

I had my feet done and a facial at Cassidy’s Salon and oh my god — absolutely amazing. My feet feel so clean and are so much less painful to walk on now, it’s made a huge difference. The facial was just as incredible — my face feels as smooth as a baby’s bum, genuinely fresh, and so much lighter. My skin feels renewed rather than heavy. The facial itself was so relaxing and calming, and honestly something my nervous system was definitely overdue for. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and they even offered me a coffee, which was a really nice touch. I left feeling pampered and refreshed

Sarah is so lovely I have had an amazing experience every time I go! Not only are the facials amazing but Sarah has so much knowledge around the science side of things too! I really struggle on and off with my acne and not only do the facials help but I have implemented a few lifestyle tips given to me and have had a huge improvement on my skin I have only been 3 times but will continue coming back! Value for money, friendly service and facials that actually do work!!

Laura took great care of my feet today. It was the first time that I was seen by Laura at The Venue, Westbourne. She's a very personable, knowledgeable and efficient young woman. I do a lot of walking and my feet needed some serious attention, which Laura gave so diligently. The salon was clean and welcoming.

Always First Class Service at The Venue Westbourne, so friendly and professional I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
