I had such a great experience at Serene Skin Clinic. I’m quite scared of needles, so I was really nervous going in, but Sarah was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly, and kept checking that I was okay throughout. Her calm and reassuring approach made all the difference and turned it into a really positive experience. As usual very good. Natalie is so gentle and my skin is super sensitive but she always manages to limit bruising. Always need the too up as an older person but always get excellent results that seem to last for a good while.
