The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a good back massage from Nicola. There was a few miscommunications and the venue was quite tired but I'm told this was down to the hotel and separate from the spa.

Libbie is lovely and friendly and professional . A painless experience

Had a mini facial with Ella yesterday along with a chemical peel and it was really lovely. She made me feel comfortable straight away and the whole experience was super relaxing. My skin looked incredible afterwards—so fresh and glowy, even from a shorter treatment. Ella was friendly and professional throughout. Would definitely go back and recommend 😊

Hayley is fabulous! She is so calm and friendly and really ensures you enjoy your experience. I had a facial and I felt so relaxed during and after the appointment. The room is created to feel warm and relaxing, so many small details that make everything perfect. Thoroughly recommend Hayley!

One of the best treatments I’ve ever had! It was the ‘spring’ full body massage, scrub and facial. So relaxing and effective.
