Mr. Hassan paid great attention to detail and delivered a sharp, clean look exactly as requested. The facial was refreshing and professionally done, making the whole experience relaxing and worth it. This was my second visit to Sultana Spa, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I had a Turkish scrub, bubble massage, and Thai massage — each seamless, relaxing, and expertly delivered. The staff are professional, skilled, and genuinely friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The spotless facilities, especially the hot stone steam room, are world-class and deeply rejuvenating. With a perfect location opposite Dubai Mall and stunning Burj Khalifa views, Sultana Spa is a true five-star retreat I’ll happily return to.

The whole process was very smooth and everyone was so accommodating from the reception, server, and most especially to my skin coach/therapist, Ekaterina. Had an amazing spa day today at Wellbeings Fairmont Dubai. Special thanks to my therapist, Susi, who was absolutely excellent. She is very professional in the way she works, and you can really tell that she knows exactly what she is doing. Her massage was relaxing and made the whole experience even better. I left feeling so happy and refreshed. I also want to mention the Filipino receptionist who was very approachable, friendly, and assisted us very well from start to finish. Great service and very friendly environment. Komal is extremely professional hair stylist, I live in the US but wait for my hair to be done whenever I visit Dubai. The lymphatic drainage massage was to the point and the specialist was quite professional. Also, the manicure was done very fine and pretty.
