It is not my first time at Amaraya, the place is always clean and comfortable. Chique at reception is always so welcoming. Today I had a hair trim by Melanie and am very happy with it. Also special mention for Jessa and Mona, they are my favourites for nails.

AMRO Ladies Salon has been the first salon I attended in Dubai and still after 4 years continue the same, very professional, very clean and overall very good costumer experience. I was very sad when I was told that Hossam is not there for the moment but after his recommendation I met Mohammad, who took care for my hair cut and did it exactly how I wanted. Thank you 🙏 ☺️

I did my hair color and highlight there with Jack. I can say he is number one! So professional & patiant he is. Very nice in behaviours. He is really taking care of ur hair and doing his job in highest level of quality. Highly recommend this salon. They are so customer friendly and professional. I super love the transformation of my hair. I have no regrets and really worth the price. I’ve been going to different salon to fix my hair (rebond, keratin, hair botox, brazillian etc) for the last 14 years coz I have curly, wavy,damaged and thick hair, and I always ended up upset because I am not satisfied with their works, it’s really a total waste of time and money. But only today, I’ve found PhiStudio and someone who is really a hair expert and very professional as she knows what is best for her clients. Thank you Ms. Marie. You’re the best and awesome!

All great, my hair looks amazing. Exactly what I wanted. Thank you Hashem! 💙 I’ll be back!😁 The only thing which is annoying is probably the parking (B5…), but the whole atmosphere in the salon and the professionalism of the master makes it up! Small note for the receptionist: there’s no need to stress everyone out if something goes unexpected. We turned to be two clients together at a certain point, and we were both understanding & eager to wait , however you were only bringing more tense and pressure on all of us instead of making things smooth. The rest is just perfect! 💕💕

Then the experience start Fatima and Marylin was kind and patience enough responded my questions & inquiries. Almost choose other but they convinced me. When I arrived met with Eram she already knew what I wish to have, friendly lady and I love my hair now😊. Elizabeth & Feby helped me for manicure&pedicure. Elizabeth recognize me from last year we met in different salon. Overall was great experiences and friendly staff is important. Thank you Bespoke team, definitely recommended one 😍

Great Staff & Service I went for hair trimming, only problem their staff does not speak fluent English hence to explain them that I need to trim my hair bit shorter is always a task and I never am able to convey my message to the hair dresser. My previous hair dresser has left the salon so I had to struggle a bit more to explain what I needed. I wasnt fully satisfied but then it wasnt very bad nor I want to explain further and regret with some weird length. Over all friendly staff, even the hair dresser is good just bit communication issue.
