Sarah listened to my ailments and checked in at the start of each session to see how things were going since our last treatment. Each session included different techniques from hot stone to tapping, Sarah has a wealth of knowledge! Sarah also discussed my lifestyle habits and we discussed stretches/being more aware of posture which would benefit me. A really great experience, and would highly recommend Sarah.

Wow; Sarah exceeded my expectations massively. That was the best massage I have ever had. I went with deep knots and tight clenched up shoulders and neck and came out after one session almost resolved. Needing only one more session to be knot and tension free completely. Other times at other places they say you’ll need about 6 sessions but Sarah went straight into the issue and got to where the knots were immediately. Targeted therapy with no messing about. I’ll be back soon and highly recommend. Sarah was efficient in her treatment and super professional; value for money therefore.

I would thoroughly recommend Sarah, she's a very skilled massage therapist. I book myself in for a regular treatment every four weeks. It feels like a lovely treat, whilst being an excellent form of self care, benefitting me both mentally and physically. My sore, tight neck and shoulder muscles are much better after my deep tissue massage. I feel relaxed, uplifted and ready to start my working week now 🙂

Today I had a new therapy Sarah is starting called Shiatsu Massage. I remained fully clothed whilst Sarah applied deep pressure on points over my back and lower back. It was a very relaxing experience and a lot less faff that getting undressed etc. I would highly recommend this treatment.
