Great massage. Covered all the main areas but concentrated on those that required more attention. Very knowledgeable and gave good advice. Would highly recommend for anyone playing regular sport and I will definitely be back in the near future.

Visiting Nicola and the girls is always a pleasure, they are all very professional, caring and lovely. I know Nicola since few years back, I tried different treatments with her and she always sends me home relaxed and very satisfied. Absolutely unbelievable service. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. Mukti’s attention to detail clearly reflected her experience and thoughtfulness to ensure the massage was personalised and bespoke to me. Needless to say, I’ve already booked my next appointment!

I had an amazing massage with Mukti! My neck and shoulders were extremely tense, and I could feel the stress building up for days. Mukti worked through all the tight spots with great care and skill and by the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed and at ease. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I walked in with sore shoulders and lower back pain and left with a smile on my face and a spring in my step. Mukti is an excellent therapist. She knows her stuff and how to target stubborn knots and muscle tension. As part of the treatment i also had a facial, which was sublime, my skin looks so much better two days later. Big thanks xx

Time was taken to understand my health and work out what was required and after only one session I had made improvements. Mukti is really informative and has incredible knowledge - I leave sessions not only feeling physically better but emotionally charged and always having learnt something too!
