Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The techniques used are different to a standard massage at a salon or spa. It’s obvious Mukti knows exactly what she is doing. She can find tension you didn’t even know was there! If you want relaxation and to really get to the route of any aches and pains then this is the place to go.

Amazing massage again today - Nicola is really helping with my constant back problems caused by my posture at work. Never had the courage to go for a massage, worried that they would be too uncomfortable. Totally the opposite and in such a lovely relaxed room with beautiful aromatherapy as an added treat. I have been visiting Alisha for quite a while now, and every session has been spot on, I train Muay Thai witch is quite taxing on your body, I struggled quite abit with my flexibility/ mobility, and already I am starting to see the benefits from deep tissue massage in such a short amount of time! Everything is done very professionally and made sure you know what’s happening and why, I honestly couldn’t recommend enough !

I would highly recommend treating yourself to a holistic massage at Balance and Wellness. This was such a relaxing experience attending to my needs. I loved it that much I have re booked again!

I walked in with sore shoulders and lower back pain and left with a smile on my face and a spring in my step. Mukti is an excellent therapist. She knows her stuff and how to target stubborn knots and muscle tension. As part of the treatment i also had a facial, which was sublime, my skin looks so much better two days later. Big thanks xx
