I had my first hot stones massage since surgery on my shoulder and elbow and it was a great expereince. I was slightly apprehensive given all the issues I have had but Shabana put me totally at ease, and adjusted the pressure as required in that area. My shoulders feel better than they have in months following this treatment. Safe to say I will be booking in again

Decided to book a spontaneous last minute massage and I’m so glad I did. Shabana was an amazing therapist. She knew exactly what I needed. I had the best experience today at Wellness with a Conscience. I had the 2 hour massage and facial combo and it was the best I’ve ever had. My skin looks amazing and I’m feeling so much more relaxed. I had been struggling with neck pain and headaches and Shabana helped relieve both immensely. The whole experience was great, from start to end, I can’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely come back for more treatments! 10/10

I recently had a back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage by Hayley and I honestly cannot recommend her enough. The treatment itself felt amazing and I felt it was an extremely relaxing experience, alongside the room being nice and calming. It was lovely to meet Shabana again. Shabana makes you so welcome and creates a quiet, calm or chatty experience, as befits the needs of her client. I had a luxury pedicure and hand treatment which left my skin feeling silky and walking on air. I chose the treatments as my finger joints have arthritis and MS which affects the sensation and comfort in my feet. What a lovely experience which I am happy to repeat 😊
