Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again! I often feel after a massage 'relaxing but wish it got into more knots' or 'was deep but harsh now I feel tenser, wish it was more relaxing'. Well Rich knows what he's doing. A lot of knotted muscles released and I feel much less tense allover. Much more relaxed. The practice area is clean and bright. Also great value treatment! In had sports massage, some hot stones incorporated too.
