I often feel after a massage 'relaxing but wish it got into more knots' or 'was deep but harsh now I feel tenser, wish it was more relaxing'. Well Rich knows what he's doing. A lot of knotted muscles released and I feel much less tense allover. Much more relaxed. The practice area is clean and bright. Also great value treatment! In had sports massage, some hot stones incorporated too.

Rich provides a great sports massage therapy service. From the start, he was incredibly attentive, thoroughly listening to the details of my current condition. I really appreciated that he didn't just give a standard treatment but customized the massage to address what I was dealing with right now. I felt significant relief afterward. Highly skilled and very professional.
