Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again! I've not met anyone who gives a proper sports massage like Rich. He is extremely knowledgeable in his work. My husband and I have been visiting him for at least 7 years. We even visit him from our new home in the west country. He is that good!

Loved my head massage. It was so relaxing. Kinga was lovely and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in!

Went for an evening appointment with Lily. Had my regular wax treatment alongside a head in the clouds massage and calming facial. The salons lovely and very high standards, and lily was great throughout, explaining everything that was going to happen and checking in during. Was my first time having a massage with lily and exceeded expectations and was a lovely added touch of a back massage with the head in the clouds. Can’t wait for the next one!🎉
