Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again! CBD appears to be more effective on relieving the back than other oils. However, time will tell. Good relief for the twisted knee. Many thanks, again, Rich.

Great session with Sabin brother - explained everything clearly. Gave me a brief and concise initial assessment, followed by a thorough sports massage/cupping therapy procedure. He’s very professional and very accommodating to his clients. I’m feeling like a new man now, so couldn’t recommend him more. Thank you brother !
