Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

I’ve never been before and my husband booked me an appointment because I was in a lot of pain. Honestly the best massage I’ve ever received, I felt like every muscle on my back was worked and all knots were taken care of. Absolutely amazing. I was a bit anxious about having my haircut after years of growing my hair, but my stylist was absolutely lovely and kept checking with me every chance there was. 100% would come back :) and would 10000% recommend !!

The service was great, Kuljit was very pleasant and positively energetic! The wax was not uncomfortable at all. Eventhough it's a very intimate experience, Kuljit put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable. Will definitely come back again!

Rachel was amazing, as always. I found the stones really relaxing, my shoulders were really tight and I was struggling with internal rotation. After coming away my shoulders are nice and loose but also pain free! Would highly recommend.
