Had an amazing massage at Serene Body Therapy. Jasmin was super professional, attentive, and really skilled. I went in with shoulder pain and after the session the discomfort was completely gone.I felt so light and relaxed. The place is really calm and quiet. My partner also went in for a relaxing massage and felt a big improvement after. Jasmin quickly identified what needed work and adjusted the pressure perfectly. The therapist (Jasmine) was professional, knowledgeable, and really listened to where I was holding tension. I have been to Serene Body Therapy about 12months ago for a full body deep tissue massage. It was fantastic and just what I needed at the time. I have just had another massage today although not as extensive, mostly working on my upper back between my shoulders. Wow, what magic hands does Jasmine have. She listened when I asked her to take it easy in places I have arthritis, and was gently persistent where it mattered. This wasn't a massage for relaxation on my part, it was to help overcome some muscle soreness from my work environment. I'm already booking a return visit in. Thank you Jasmine.
