This was first appointment having colour to my hair. I have been going to the same hairdresser for the past 30 years and since moving to Peterborough had the difficult task of finding a 5 star salon to match my old salon. I was quite nervous but I needn’t have worried, not only did Steadman & Co match my old salon but exceeded my expectations. I won’t be going anywhere else, I’m now here to stay. Great salon, great people and great atmosphere. I will go as far to say probably the best hairdresser I’ve ever had

I have received numerous treatments from Keely, including leg and arm waxing, pedicures and fingernail painting over the past 4 years. She has always provided me with a wonderful service and has made me feel so comfortable in her beautiful relaxing surroundings. She is always friendly and makes you feel like she really cares.

Been to Abbie for so many treatments - waxing, body wraps, make up you name it. Every visit she is absolutely outstanding and goes above and beyond to smash what I ask her for make up wise. She always makes me feel super welcome and comfortable, and is so professional and good at what she does. Such a friendly vibe in the studio and it’s clean, well lit and comfortable. Best in the game, and I won’t go anywhere else!

My sinus and scalp massage was so relaxing (I'm sure I started to drift off - twice!), leaving my skin feeling fully hydrated. I went to Salon 81 for a Hollywood Wax after having a not so good experience at another salon. I was apprehensive about my appointment because of my previous experience but within minutes of being there I felt so comfortable. April was incredibly friendly and kind. She was very professional, conversational and reassuring throughout the whole process and made it as painless as a waxing appointment can be! Super pleased with the results. Couldn’t recommend enough!! I will definitely be going back.

First time waxing in around 8/9yrs. I was so anxious but Abbie made me feel relaxed and kept chatting to me the whole time.
