Maria made me so comfortable and at ease. I had the aromatic facial, which I highly recommend. I felt thoroughly pampered, and my skin feels great hours later. I also had a lash lift and tint. This is the first time I've tried this procedure. I do have short lashes , so my lashes currently have quite a tight curl. I imagine they will settle down In a couple of days. I shall keep combing them ! Eyebrows were also waxed and tinted and they look great. Overall, I fully recommend this salon and have booked the collagen facial in a few weeks time !

The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a good back massage from Nicola. There was a few miscommunications and the venue was quite tired but I'm told this was down to the hotel and separate from the spa.

Katie preformed 4 separate treatments on me and I’m delighted with all of them. The serenity massage was amazing and really helped the dermatitis on my scalp. I also had eyebrows waxed, tinted and shaped done to perfection. I will definitely be booking in with Katie again! 🙂

Had my eyebrows waxed, the lady did a perfect job. Hadn’t had my eyebrows done at a salon in years and was feeling a bit nervous. The lady did a wonderful job and let me know what she was doing here and there, we had a little chat and she made sure I was super happy and comfortable the whole time.
