I had the most amazing full body massage by Amy today. During the initial consultation, I described myself as being a "bit achey," but as soon as Amy got to work, I realised I'd underestimated how much I was aching!!! Starting with the top side of my buttocks, the tightness was unreal and then onto my waistline - more tightness, then up to my shoulder blades and neck - and now knots! I can't tell you what a relief it was to have the tension massaged out, as it were! Regular massage is definetely the key especially in this cold weather when you're inclined to hunch up....

Five Stars, Incredible Every Single Time! I’ve just had another amazing top-to-toe massage and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely relaxed and cared for. The full body treatment was heavenly, feet, face, hair, everything. She pays attention to every little detail, and you can really feel the difference in her technique and intuition. I had a lovely Rose Quartz body massage followed by a Reflexolgy treatment today by Emma. A full consultation meant Emma could assess my needs and the massage was spot on. The tension I was holding in my back and shoulders soon melted away. The Reflexology treatment revealed alot of issues going on! But again a very relaxing experience. The aftercare advice was thorough too.

I booked a 1hr full body massage but as my back hasn't been too good Amy kindly focused totally on my back neck and shoulders. It never ceases to amaze me as to how the awful knots etc are so easily located by Amy (and Emma, when she does the massage) and are soon eased away, leaving me feeling so much more relaxed, less stiff, and simply so much better than when I walked into the treatment room!

Excellent sports all over body massage, booked a 45 minute session and I had just about the full 45 minute massage, unlike others where with form fillings and talking you may only receive 30 minute massage. Very professional hit all the right places ( it hurt at times but that in my opinion is part of having a massage in the first place) On time made to feel welcome and physio was engaged. Would highly recommend booking

Firstly, Amy was kind enough to extend the expiry on the voucher I had been gifted due to pregnancy so I was able to enjoy a post natal massage which was well worth the wait AND needed! The room had a relaxing calmness about it, as did Amy. I had a full body hot stone massage and after having many at numerous spas, this was definitely one of the best and without doubt the most reasonable. I will be rebooking with Amy in the near future.
