Wonderful experience, Lyndsay sent good instructions to help find her unit. There is a car park on merry street. She was very warm and friendly. The treatment was great, especially the back massage. It was great pressure for me and I felt alot of the tension meting away. I'll definitely be coming back for a full massage and I'll be gifting this package for my sister in law's upcoming birthday. Honestly I got a great service and it had a little bit fo everything. A mini facial, mask to soften your feet and the massage was favourite. Will definitely be coming back & reccomend if you need a treat

I’ve just had the Top to Toe Pamper at Serenity and WOW… what an experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed, but Lauren truly took it to another level. Her touch is incredible — she has that rare magic where you can feel the stress melting away with every movement. The deluxe facial left my skin absolutely glowing, the full body massage released tension I didn’t even realise I was holding, and the reflexology was the perfect grounding finish. I've never been to Serenity before and the staff were so welcoming when I came in. I would highly recommend Lauren's massage. It was very relaxed and she also made sure to focus on areas I had requested. Will definitely be back!

Recently booked in for deep tissue massage, facial , foot spa and a balayage. Massage was excellent especially after with three c sections! I felt brand new after. Foot spa and facial were good but - the facial broke me out badly (possibly might just been my skin being sensitive) and foot spa didn’t really help with any rough skin but definitely relaxing! Had my balayage with Charlotte and honestly Iv had so many compliments on my hair. Finally found a hairdresser who gives you exactly what you ask for and leaving your hair feeling healthy! Will definitely be retuning for my hair! 100%

I go every three weeks for health reasons, I have fibromyalgia, cervical spondylitis and lower back disc problems… she is just amazing. I go for the full works £45 for 2 hours whole body just wonderful. I have had lots of different massages from other places, but she’s the best I’ve had by a country mile x

I had my first full body massage today in the wellness centre upstairs. Really nice, quiet and peaceful environment and a lovely massage! After suffering a recent broken leg and also have difficulty with pain/joint due to rheumatoid arthritis, the massage really helped. Will definitely be back. Really nice to see a hair dressing company putting in extra work and effort to provide an all rounded service including wellness. I also had my hair cut a few weeks ago by Donna, really good to see her back hairdressing. She is amazing with her scissors and does a fantastic job!

I can never relax but today I did! Debbie is a lovely girl and puts you very much at ease. This is my 3rd full body massage with Debbie and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended! Thank you Debbie x
