I go every three weeks for health reasons, I have fibromyalgia, cervical spondylitis and lower back disc problems… she is just amazing. I go for the full works £45 for 2 hours whole body just wonderful. I have had lots of different massages from other places, but she’s the best I’ve had by a country mile x

I came along today after finding NCM beauty last minute for a full body massage. Having had tension in my back due to a busy lifestyle with wee ones I was well overdue some self care. Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa. I had another amazing full body massage with Tina. Tina is a true professional and makes sure that everything is perfect from the start of the session ie. Room mood set with music and lighting to the end when I think I may have drifted off she has a very calming aura about her which reflects on her massage . I will defo be back for more
