First time for treatment. Lovely atmosphere-very friendly. Everything was explained fully before treatment and additional treatments without Botox were suggested to help after treatment. Would recommend.

Lovely couple of hours. Well worth the money! Nice comfy room. Nice and dark , the way it should be. Amazing massage & facial. Proper full body too, not like some where they neglect your feet! Deffo recommend.

Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa.
