I booked for a 1hr back neck and shoulder massage with Lauren and it was amazing I’ve never felt so relaxed. One thing I struggle with is finding a place to go that makes me feel comfortable and serenity definitely did that I will be back 1000%

What an amazing experience with Jade. First ever lymphatic drainage massage and she put me at ease straight away. Her room was so cosy and welcoming. Lovely girl with great chat and felt so good after! Even offered me a drink of water and a herbal tea at the end. Will 100% return.

My daughter and her 3 frie daughter all has the princess pamper experience for her birthday. From the moment they arrives they were treated like royalty. Wicked soundtrack playing all singing and pampered like a real princess! All the girls loved their experience, from the beautiful curls in their har, the vibrant colours in their nails and their facials and massages just sent them into another wold and calmed them all down to a dreamy state! Fabulous service with goody bags for each girl and memories that will last a lifetime!

From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered and relaxed. The beauty therapist I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. Every treatment was performed with such precision and care. Kirsten gave me the most amazing massage and charolette finished the reatnof my treatment with a hopi ear candlening giving me instant relief from my sinus pain.
