I recently had a sports massage with Lucy, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her knowledge of muscle anatomy and deep tissue techniques is outstanding, and she was able to target the exact areas that needed attention. I left feeling significantly looser, with noticeable relief in my shoulders and lower back. Whether you're dealing with tight muscles from training or just need a reset, I highly recommend booking with Lucy. She’s professional, skilled, and clearly passionate about what she does. I’m so glad i got booked in with Nathan. I have been dealing with a running related injury and Nathan was able to help reduce the pain within the first session and identify the root cause of the issue. Now i have a clear plan to follow to get back to full recovery. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Really good experience. Bethany was friendly and professional Had an in depth chat and examination, then shown exercises to help with my injury. Also had a massage. It's now given me confidence to start recovering properly. Would definitely recommend!

Cara took a thorough history of all my niggles before assessing joint mobility, then giving a great deep tissue massage.

Bethany was lovely! It was my first massage and Bethany was so informative and explained what she was doing and why. I cant wait to get booked in again and would recommend her to friends and family.
