It is beneficial for pain relief, stress reduction, improve sleep, support digestion, migraine,addiction, women’s health, depression, anxiety and a variety of chronic and acute health conditions.

Acupuncture 

Fine Needles or Ear Seeds are placed in points in the ear depending on the clients needs, followed by a Reflexology treatment on the Feet.  Both are micro systems working on balancing the whole body system.

Reflexology with Auricular Acupuncture

Our feet hold the map of our whole body and our current state of health. With both firm and gentle pressure using magnesium cream this foot therapy works on rebalancing and relaxing the whole system.
