Recently had a 'Germaine de Capuccini' facial at The Midland Hotel, Manchester as part of a Spa Day. The day was lovely, but the facial treatment wasn't as relaxing or soothing as the amazing (Germaine de Capuccini) facial that I have with monthly with Sammy. It goes to show that it's the skill of the Therapist who makes all the difference, not where you have it!) ♥

The difference in my body over 48 hours is incredible! Came to Jen for a lymphatic drainage & deep tissue back massage - I was dubious initially about how effective the MLD massage would be but how wrong I was! I've struggled with bloating and upper back/neck/shoulder pain for a few months, as well as some fluid retention and lower back pain for a lot longer. Within 24 hours my body felt a lot less puffy and my bloating gradually subsided. The mild "niggle" I had in my left shoulder also seems to have been relieved. Thank you Jen, I will definitely be back!!

I have been receiving treatment from Cara as part of a marathon running plan after I had some minor issues. Cara has not only gave treatment to offer relief from soreness, at times she has given me some great advice and laid out exercises for me to incorporate in my strength training and they have fit in as part of my whole plan brilliantly and I've had really good results! I've needed lots of different support and advice throughout this process and Cara has been an important part of it from start to finish.

Lovely relaxing full body massage today, it really helped to relax my tense shoulders, neck and whole body. Sue was extremely welcoming and attentive and made sure I was comfortable, warm etc., highly recommend and will definitely rebook.

Fantastic deep tissue massage from Sue, followed by wood madeotherapy which really helped with fascia release. Felt like I was walking on a cloud afterwards! Sue is so friendly and down to earth, I felt extremely comfortable from start to finish and she regularly checks in throughout the treatment to make sure the pressure is right. Highly recommended!

Lucy was professional, knowledgeable, and immediately put me at ease. The lymphatic drainage massage was tailored to my needs. I left feeling calmer than I have in a very long time. The whole experience was peaceful and unhurried, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout. I would highly recommend Lucy and will definitely be returning. 💜
