Sometimes in a spa large swathes of the male body are ignored by a female therapist, but this was not at all the case here. My body scrub was excellently thorough. I combined my treatment with a 25 minute back massage. Often with a body treatment like a scrub, the accompanying massage is little more than a spreading of cream to rehydrate the body. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good this massage was – a good firm pressure to sort out the knots in my shoulders, neck and lower back. Had the Signature Facial with Maria at SkinTouch Crystal Palace and it was amazing. The salon is calm, clean and really relaxing. Before starting, Maria talked me through every step of the treatment so I knew exactly what to expect and could fully switch off and relax. She was friendly, professional and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. My skin felt great afterwards. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing Maria Giovanna for facials for a while now and I can't recommend her highly enough. She has a real understanding of reactive and acne prone skin — mine always leaves feeling refreshed and genuinely cared for. I just had the best Brazilian wax of my life at Silk and Honey, and I honestly didn’t think an experience like this was possible. From start to finish, everything was flawless. They use Lycon Wax, which is truly top quality and surprisingly pain-free. I was shocked at how comfortable the entire process was — to the point where I was actually able to have a full-fledged conversation with my technician while getting it done. I had a hot towel massage on Wednesday, its taken until today to try to find the words worthy of this experience. Sana was like a magician, I arrived my body full of work day stresses, and my face seeped in pollution, and left so cleansed and relaxed I wasn't sure I should be driving home! An hours worth of facial cleansing and massaging, is just divine, at one point it felt like bubbles were being stroked on with a feather 🙃 All finished off with a tension releasing head massage. My skin still feels amazing today, soft, moisturised and refreshed. A great experience, I'm booking again.

Rebecca is absolutely amazing, as a 45 y/o woman I've had maaaaaany physio/massage/oesteo type encounters in my life, and she's by far the best. Knowledgeable and explains things really clearly and interestingly, as well as fun and friendly and kind - always manages to do the work without making it too painful, and really takes time to work with your body. Highly recommend. I'm a recovering herniated disc sciatica woman in perimenopause, which can be a scary place on both counts - but she makes it feel very safe to be worked on.
