Sometimes in a spa large swathes of the male body are ignored by a female therapist, but this was not at all the case here. My body scrub was excellently thorough. I combined my treatment with a 25 minute back massage. Often with a body treatment like a scrub, the accompanying massage is little more than a spreading of cream to rehydrate the body. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good this massage was – a good firm pressure to sort out the knots in my shoulders, neck and lower back. Had the Signature Facial with Maria at SkinTouch Crystal Palace and it was amazing. The salon is calm, clean and really relaxing. Before starting, Maria talked me through every step of the treatment so I knew exactly what to expect and could fully switch off and relax. She was friendly, professional and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. My skin felt great afterwards. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing Maria Giovanna for facials for a while now and I can't recommend her highly enough. She has a real understanding of reactive and acne prone skin — mine always leaves feeling refreshed and genuinely cared for. What I appreciate most is how professional and thorough she is: she explains everything she's doing, gives thoughtful advice, and clearly takes the time to understand your skin rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. Sarah took great care to explain what would happen during the treatment, she is friendly, professional and incredibly good at shat she does. I had the 90 min Japanese Hair Spa and the experience was fabulous, I fell asleep at one point! I had the full works and it was so worth it, keeping the oils in and having a rough dry at the end. My hair and scalp feel so good. Would highly recommend.

Rebecca is absolutely amazing, as a 45 y/o woman I've had maaaaaany physio/massage/oesteo type encounters in my life, and she's by far the best. Knowledgeable and explains things really clearly and interestingly, as well as fun and friendly and kind - always manages to do the work without making it too painful, and really takes time to work with your body. Highly recommend. I'm a recovering herniated disc sciatica woman in perimenopause, which can be a scary place on both counts - but she makes it feel very safe to be worked on.
