Four of us went for a spa day and honestly loved it. We’d been before and had such a good time we had to go back – and this time was even better with the new spa facilities. We all had facials and back/neck/shoulder massages which were amazing, and the whole place was just so relaxing. Staff looked after us really well from start to finish. Such a great day out, we’ll definitely be back again!

One of the BEST Spa's I have been too. Friendly staff, excellent facilities and spotless. The extra for me was the ice baths 💕 them. Definitely will be back and would recommend to anyone.

Treatments were amazing, possibly the best b/n/s massage I’ve ever had. They can sometimes feel quite rushed but this was really relaxing and didn’t feel rushed at all. As always, I will return to parkwest spa

Booked an offer through itison for both my wife and for two express treatments. Making the appointment was hassle free despite having to rearrange a couple of times. Jocelyn was fully understanding and very polite. Upon arriving, we were made to feel very welcome. Next came the treatments... wow. When I say the back neck and shoulder massage was needed, it was really needed. Felt fantastic after the treatments. Staff throughout our visit were very friendly and bubbly and a credit to the spa. I will not hesitate in returning for some R&R ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a lovely relaxing time at Park West Spa. Stacey made sure I was warm and comfortable before she began my back massage. The whole visit was subwrb from start to finish. In fact, Stacey had to gentle wake me when it was all over! I've already booked in for next month 👍

Stacey listened carefully to where my aches and pains were and she tailored her treatment to address these. She was very friendly and the salon is a lovely space.

Suzi is always amazing with my doggo, a typical spaniel with very high energy, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had my first ever japanese head spa with Natalie, I was so relaxed throughout. I enjoyed the scalp analysis before and after, My scalp was very dry to start with and I could see a big difference at the end! I also got the most lovely facial and the hand and arm massage included was perfect. My next head spa is booked! Natalie is an Amazing therapist. Thank you x

I’ve had several treatments from Stacey now and each one has been fantastic. My favourite is definitely the hot stone fusion facial, so relaxing! Stacey can always find the particular area that needs treated and works on that rather than a general treatment. My sinuses and very tense jaw feel much better from two of these facials, the heat from the hot stones really allow Stacey to work on the areas. I highly recommend Neu You and Stacey for treatments - communication is excellent and the treatment space is very relaxing and welcoming. Thanks again and see you soon Stacey x

I received the stress buster package from Stacey and it was amazing! After a discussion Stacey selected which oils to use and I relaxed in her beautiful, relaxing warm room and left her to use her expertise on all my problem areas, enjoying it so much I fell asleep. I have been to the sanctuary in Covent Garden for a spa day and Stacey rivals any treatment I received there. So professional and knowledgeable, she takes great pride in her profession and I was left feeling so much more relaxed and stress free. Needless to say I highly recommend Stacey and will definitely be back soon.
