This was my third massage with Andrew. I opted for a deep tissue again to help resolve aches and pain from working a desk job for many years. Andrew is welcoming, polite and professional, with a very calming demeanour. Excellent at listening to any concerns you have, explaining the treatment options and always checks in when it comes to your comfort and pressure used during each session. Every massage has been so relaxing and I’ve felt the benefits after each one. Both studios are gorgeously decorated and easy to get to via public transport. Looking forward to my next! Absolutely wonderful. First lymphatic massage and won't be my last. Results were incredible . Stomach looks half the size. Nice long massage nothing was missed feel completely relaxed and new again. And such kind warm welcome and atmosphere

I had an incredible experience with Andrew that I just have to share! After months of hitting the gym hard, I booked a Deep Tissue massage to work out the kinks in my muscles, and let me tell you, Andrew truly delivered! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and inviting! The massage itself was pure bliss; Andrew’s skill and technique worked wonders, melting away all my tension. Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What a beautiful experience! The treatment started with a beautiful affirmation card that I got to keep, followed by an explanation of what was to come. The massage was absolutely divine, I swear I left my body at one point. Meral has a wonderful touch & adds so many lovely touches to this service, it’s so much more than just a full body massage. I arrived carrying my body like a badly packed suitcase — everything jammed in, nothing quite where it should be. Two hours later, I left feeling unpacked, listened to, and reassembled. This isn’t just a massage. It’s a full-body myofascial session. The space is warm and genuinely welcoming, and Amira herself is calm, attentive and present without being intrusive, skilled without being forceful. Nothing is forced, it feels safe to let go. Things softened because they were allowed to. My body feels freer today than it has in a long time. I left calmer and more at home in myself. The best! 💜

Sasha was lovely and friendly, her room is very nice with a really calming and relaxing vibe. I had a 1hr full body massage and it was one of the best messages I’ve had, she has a great technique. She is really accommodating too. I would definitely go back and will be recommending to my friends ☺️

I had a wonderful Nervous System Reset Massage with Sara and it was truly incredible. From start to finish the experience was calming, grounding, and deeply relaxing. Sara has such a gentle, intuitive touch and I could feel my whole body start to soften and switch out of stress mode. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely reset. I would highly recommend this treatment with Sara if you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need some time to properly relax and recharge.

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

I cant recommend The Talking Body Clinic highly enough. I had 3 appointments and plan to attend regularly from now on. Genuinely life changing. Jaw release and the scar tissue massage have both made a significant difference having only been a few days since my visit.

Meral makes you feel so welcome when you enter a serene space ✨ lovely chilled atmosphere. The cupping and facial package is honestly amazing, worth every second, your body gets used to the cups and after a wee while, you zone out and forget the cups are on you - extra bonus the cups are in the shape of a heart ♥️ Definitely booking in again for another experience 🤍✨
