I’ve been to Vivid Nails & Beauty twice now, and both times the experience has been amazing. Their work is absolutely beautiful, very professional, and done with great attention to detail. I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. Very pleased with my nails, it’s the first place that I’ve tried acrylic nails and never regretted it. I am a regular in the salon, the products are high quality and customer service is excellent. Love that they order the colours the customers want and that they have pedicure with spa, waxing and they do amazing brows as well. It’s not far from the city centre or south side either. They have absolutely affordable prices. Can only recommend 👌
