Emma was really welcoming and explained the whole treatment before starting. This was a birthday treat to myself and it was a fantastic experience. I felt so relaxed that I felt like I floated out on a cloud! Highly recommend Emma and Head Bath to anyone looking for a special treat.

I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I cannot thank Charlene enough! I had a full body massage done and it was fantastic. She was so helpful as it was my first massage session and I didn’t know much about it. This relieved so much stress for me and I would recommend this to anyone!

It was an amazing experience. I had taken the facial lymphatic massage and deep tissue massage (neck, shoulder and back) Viki took great care and attention before she started the treatment. I had sore neck and shoulders due to my sedentary lifestyle, I could feel lots of muscle knots on my shoulders and back. Viki worked really hard on them. I don’t feel the soreness anymore. It was very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Must recommend Viki and Sasha to everyone ❤️

I can't recommend Oksana highly enough – she is simply the best! She treated my son, and the whole procedure was completely pain-free. She was incredibly gentle, patient and attentive throughout, making him feel comfortable and at ease. Her professionalism and kind approach were outstanding.
