Lovely people & the woman who did my lips was amazing she really reassured me throughout the process and was very helpful with tips and advice and I also got a really cute after care goody bag to take home with a full self care kit for my lips and not to mention my lips look stunning I love them! Charlotte was really accommodating as always. Especially as I realised I couldn’t have new polish applied as I’m due in hospital this week. She wasn’t annoyed that I had booked a full application appointment but could only have the old removed. She just juggled around her appointments and had another lady come in early. Very kind of her. Went in for a correction from another salon (Gels). Becky was attentive, asked for my opinions all the way through on style, length, and they had a rainbow full of colours and everything inbetween. Have already booked to go back. Would defo recommend

I had a full body waxing session here and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The two ladies who looked after me were absolutely lovely, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. They were very professional, attentive, and clearly experienced in what they do. The salon was clean, welcoming, and the customer service was excellent throughout. A great pregnancy massage. I've had a few pregnancy massages and compared to the deep tissue massages I had before pregnancy they didn't really hit the spot. However, this one did, a great combination of about 50% pressure points and 50% massage made a massive difference and released a lot of tension almost immediately that I was struggling to shift. Lots of care taken to make sure I was comfortable with the pregnancy cushion provided (29 weeks) and if there was any part I didn't want massaging/any position I wasn't comfortable in.

I had my first massage ever here, I opted for the full body Asian massage as I had been struggling with lower back pain, Yan was very friendly and professional, she consulted with me prior about areas I was comfortable with and if I had any known problems, the room was very cosy and relaxing, the massage it’s self was amazing I could feel everything just disappear and the warm water at the end just gave me such a warm melting sensation, very happy and relaxed thank you so much

Amazing visit to RLX again today. Ben is an amazing guy. Who opens his lovely home to welcome people for an incredible massage. Would highly recommend ending the massage with a full body scrub as it adds a fantastic extra experience and sensation to the massage. If you have chance go and visit this guy. You’ll feel amazing!!!!

Yan, is a very warming, individual. Really seems to understand what's happening in the body. Helped relieve much pressure in shoulders and help with blood circulation through acupuncture. Certainly recommend.

Yan was so lovely & knowledgeable, I felt very at ease. I booked the 2 hour Traditional Chinese Medicine package where Yan really took her time to assess my body & work on specific areas before adding the acupuncture & moxibustion elements. I’ve never had these treatments before but Yan has a very calming energy & I trusted her. I left the treatment feeling much lighter, physically & mentally so I look forward to seeing the results after more treatments. Can highly recommend Yan! Thank you ☺️
