I had a full body laser hair removal treatment at Swiss Laser, and it was my first time, so I was quite nervous. Safa and Mariha were absolutely amazing — they were kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The results are amazing, and the whole experience was so much better than I expected. Everyone at Swiss Laser was lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal, especially if it’s your first time. You won't regret it!

Yesterday was my last laser session with practitioner Safa and honestly, I could not be happier with the results. Safa has been extremely accommodating and caring throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she answered within minutes on whatsapp or in person. She eased all my concerns and doubts about the laser treatment in itself. I genuinely believe she provided an excellent service even her attention to detail was immaculate. I could not recommend her more!!!

I’ve just had my fourth laser session with Safa, and it was our first time actually meeting but it genuinely felt like we’d known each other forever. She is so lovely, warm, and reassuring, and you can immediately tell she really knows what she’s doing. Even though the machine was on the highest level, I honestly didn’t feel a thing. Safa explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and her technique was amazing. The whole experience felt calm, professional, and completely stress free. It was amazing!! I had a couples massage with a friend and the ambience, the staff, the massage was all 10/10. Camilla was very skilled and knew what she was doing. I had loads of tension and knots in my shoulders, even though it was alittle painfully, she checked if the pressure was ok throughout the session. The pain i will be in tomorrow will be worth it, its what i needed to get rid of the tension. Couldnt recommend this place enough, will definietly be going back 😁

I visited for a facial and back treatment. The service was absolutely amazing and Salma was wonderful. It was a very calming and relaxing experience and she took the time to have a conversation with me prior to the treatment about what I’m looking to get out of treatment. She really took her time, and a lot of care when doing the facial and massage. She also gave a scalp massage which was lovely.
