This is my third visit, getting my nails done by Kim, and I couldn’t be happier with her work—my nails always look flawless! This time I got a polygel fill with gel, and it looks stunning! There was a bit of confusion when I got a call about my appointment booking, where it seemed like the timing would be an issue, but it wasn’t a problem at all. I ended up arriving on time, and Kim handled everything smoothly, as always. She’s really dedicated and professional, which is why I keep coming back.

I went in for soft gel tips with nail art. This was my first time visiting the place and was a bit skeptical as their Instagram page does not have a display of nails. However the results were great and I am extremely happy with the outcome! The staff is all friendly and welcoming, I enjoyed my time there. I was assisted by Audrey, she has a neat and steady hand, I am extremely happy with the outcome of the nails. I was also happy with the nail shape. P.S. Your work is great - and should be displayed more on your social media platforms

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The space was very clean and neat which immediately made me feel comfortable❤️. While having my hair done, I was treated to a relaxing head massage, which was such a nice touch. It was my first time visiting, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated that the stylist kindly agreed when I asked to take a few photos, especially as it is my birthday today. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this salon.

The place really lives up to its name. The peace and tranquility is portrayed in the whole flow of the place. The synergy drifts harmoniously, and i felt right at home. The treatment was like a time travel journey were you simply leave everything behind and just soak within yourself. Personally i would much rather enjoy a longer neck & shoulder massage and skip the hairstyling as that part did not meet my expectation. That being said I will deffinetly be back as the experience is amazing.

The experience was amazing! The owner responds quickly and was pretty understanding when I ran a few minutes late. I was offered a drink right away, which was a lovely touch. They even accommodated a last-minute hair booking, which I'm very grateful for. The hairdresser worked quickly and my hair came out better than I expected. I also did an acrylic refill and a pedicure, my nails look and feel incredible. I was honestly shocked by how affordable everything was. This is definitely my go-to maintenance place from now on! ✨

My experience with Stefanie was phenomenal. She’s a rare gem. I had a manicure and pedicure done along with massages and by the time I left the spa all I wanted to do was take a nap. Thank you Spa at Banksia, I will definitely be back.

The treatment felt luxurious from start to finish, and the results speak for themselves. I’m honestly obsessed — my hair has never looked this good!
