I had a shellac manicure with Taylor and I love the quality and colour! Taylor is always very thorough (I have had manis and pedis from her). I look forward to going back again! Everyone at the salon is friendly and kind.

I am so glad I found Katelyn! She is the only lash tech I have found in Vancouver that can actually do manga/anime lash styles. I love that she is thorough and takes her time with her consultations. You can see she has a lot of experience and carries that through her services. She is so gentle and I found myself sleeping right through the appointment, not to mention the bed is super comfy, I usually have back and shoulder aches (due to a previous car accident ) when I get my lashes done but I didnt experience any pain at all!

The gel mani/pedi here is amazing and exactly what I needed for a wedding that I was attending the following day. I'm usually very picky but Gillian and Angelina did an amazing job and were both so sweet. I'm removing one star for my blowout with Kana, which left my hair puffy, dull, and frizzy. She used a paddle brush instead of a round brush to blow out my hair and while she tried to give me some extra curls at the end, this combo absolutely did not work for my hair. I would have spoken up earlier had I realized she was using the paddle brush for the full blowout and not just to rough dry.

I’m new to Vancouver and booked online with Paula for my first appointment. Walked out of there today looking and feeling a million times better - thank you Paula! Also loved the decor and vibe and appreciated the complimentary hand scrub/hot towel/hand cream and chocolate, a lovely gesture. Thanks, I’ll definitely be back!

Got a gel manicure for my wedding here. It is the cleanest nail salon I have been to and they use non-toxic products. Great service and my nail tech mahi (unsure of spelling) was lovely to talk to. It was the perfect way to relax the day before my wedding. I will definitely go back.
