I've been going to Icey Artistry for a while and love it! I started with Kylie for lashes—she was amazing. When she went on mat leave, I tried a few others and now see Ally. Everyone’s super talented and kind. I get Gel X nails done by Steven—he’s incredible—and Hanna does my pedicures (her massages are the best!). It’s truly a one-stop shop for all your beauty needs. Highly recommend!

Had my first visit to this salon, and it was such a pleasant experience! The decor is super cute, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Louis was my nail artist, and he did an amazing job with my gel manicure. He was meticulous in fixing the shape, prepping, and painting my nails. The attention to detail, especially with the clean, precise lines, was impressive. I’m so happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely be back!

Overall, a good experience with a few areas for improvement. I like the way my nails turned out. I got the Gel-X nails snd one of the nails was applied slightly crooked. It wasn’t something that I noticed until I got home. I also was surprised I didn’t get a hand massage as on my last service here I did receive one. I think the main area for improvement was around handling gift certificates. The g/c was in my Fresha account so I thought it would be easy to apply, but it took almost 15 minutes for 3 people (including the owner) to figure out how to apply it towards my service.

I am absolutely insanely in love, took the inspiration and ran with it and we ended up with exactly what I wanted. Some red bottom nails that look classy and subtle just like luboutin's I'm gagged. These are the best nail job I think I've ever had in my life to be honest

Love love love the people at liveo! They are truly the warmest and most caring people who clearly love their work. I was a bit disappointed since my regular gel overlay colour is still out but of course Laura made my nails look great so I barely noticed. Hopefully they get stoked up again soon☺️

I had a gel-x removal + gel mani appointment and usually my natural nails are never saved and are cut to the shortest possible. This was my first time at Posy- the removal was so gentle and all my natural nails were still intact and she saved my natural length! Very impressed and happy with my appointment.

10/10! My previous salon ruined my nails to the point that there we so damaged even with the gel on they would bend. After a break and starting at Posy there has been a huge difference! They will definitely be my place of choice.

I started having my nails done at J'adore Nails Lounge in February 2025 and it is now my go-to place for getting my gel manicure. I visit monthly to change my gel polish. On my third visit, Maris took such good care of me and my nails. She suggested a jade green color and she did the cat eye style per my request. Maris did such a fantastic job! I appreciate how she checks in with me at every step to ensure I'm satisfied. Maris was also the person who did my nails on my first visit. The place is clean and spacious. They also offer a drink when you come in. Overall, I highly recommend! A+++++++

I LOVED my nails. I have tried other places for Gel X in Vancouver and this is so far the best. Amy is super talented. She chose the perfect color for me, and the nail extensions turned out exactly how I wanted them. On top of that, I was having such a bad day, and Amy was super nice and attentive!

This is my second time at J’adore Nails Lounge and I think this place will be my go-to place to get my monthly gel manicure. Lauren took good care of my nails and also gave complimentary tea. She checked in with me regularly if the color, shape, and length of my nails were all to my liking. The price is so reasonable for the service you get. A+++++

Mimi is the best. She always get my GelX nail designs exactly how I want it! My pedicure was also luxurious. West Side is my go-to spot.

Everything about today’s appointment exceeded my expectations! Mano went above and beyond from before I made my appointment to leaving the salon. I completely trusted her with my vision for my Christmas nails, and she was so accommodating to make small changes throughout to ensure I was 100% happy with my set! She is so personable, I could really feel her positive energy throughout the appointment and can tell she takes pride in her work and loves what she does! Thank you always!! ❤️

I had my nails done for the 2nd time at a few days ago. This is the prettiest my nails have ever looked, and I've had them done at many places. Colour, shape, cuticle work all exceeded my expectations (Alejandra, highly recommend). The first time I had a great experience with Viktoria, she had to work with my ruined and broken nails, and she did a wonderful job. Nails lasted 4 weeks (growth), did not break and the gel only started to lift but this is because I use alcohol/detergent (I give my nails a tough time). It is expensive (>$100) but is definitely worth the price.

Just got my gel nails done and I’m in love! The work is flawless, every detail perfect and the finish is stunning. Nayara is such a sweetheart and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for gorgeous nails!
