Sandra immediately put me at ease with her friendly manner and genuine kindness. The massage was extremely relaxing and my face is still glowing from the facial. I enjoyed every moment. Sandra has even sent me a recipe we were discussing. A thoroughly lovely experience and well worth a trip to Oxford.

My second float therapy with Mederi Wellness. A totally different experience this time. It was transcendental and astral. Absolutely incredible. Colours were present in my minds eye. I’m very grateful to Hannah for providing this safe space for people who want to heal from trauma and improve their physical health. My pain in certain areas of my body has eased. I’m sleeping even better now. I look forward to my third float therapy. Im also looking into trying therapies here too. Thank you so much. What happened to me today was incredible.

Fantastic massage in the IHG Oxford Thames hotel treatment room. Massages in hotels can sometimes disappoint but not this one!. It was tailored to my areas of tension, effectively targeted knots and was generally really lovely. Thank you!

Sarah goes to great lengths to understand your physio problems and is brilliant at prescribing do-able exercises to help.

Amazing as always. Tried some gentle stretching today in the sauna and I feel great. With chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and long covid diagnoses, not much makes me feel this good. Making it a part of my Wellness routine Hannah is so knowledgeable too. Its great to have someone who knows the benefits (and restrictions) of these alternative/complimentary therapies. I feel I am in good hands

I had a massage and manicure the day before my wedding. The massage was amazing and even though I asked Rhian to focus on my back rather than full body, she also focused on the backs of my legs and feet which was a nice change to other massages I’ve had. The manicure was also great and she even arranged for me to be fitted in later that day when I’d smudged three of my nails for no extra charge. The treatment rooms are located in the Voco Oxford Thames Hotel which is a peaceful and welcoming setting, it’s perfect for hotel guests. Rhian was lovely and she made me feel really relaxed.

Very good physio by Sarah ,although painful at times, which means for me it must be doing good.

Lovely to see Tracy as always and fabulous haircut again too. Always feel great afterwards! Thank you so much ☺️

So happy to have found this gem . I went for my first float today. I didn't know what to expect and it took me a little while to relax and just go with it. I found my brain quietened down and I just relaxed. It was nice to take a shower afterwards and wash the salt off and the hairdryer is a great touch. I then enjoyed a herbal tea and a complementary face mask to continue my relaxation in the zen room. I decided to also try the massage chair and wished I had used it for longer, as that was great too. Would recommend this place.

We had really good time at Mederi Wellness earlier this week. Both my partner and I tried floating for the first time and it was a blissful calming experience amidst our busy life with two young kids. The combination of infrared sauna and floating was super relaxing and gave us a proper system reset that everyone needs from time to time.
