I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

I’ve just had the most magical reflexology treatment with Michelle, and honestly, I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I drifted off to sleep on the couch. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect — the warm welcome, the soothing atmosphere, and those heavenly hot towels on my feet. The treatment itself was pure bliss. I left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and with such relief in my achy feet — not to mention all the incredible holistic benefits that come with reflexology. Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing.
